Why spend all day sending individual emails to potential, active, and past clients when you can bulk these steps into one simple action. See below to learn about Elevate's Bulk Action activities:
You may have some common actions that you wish to apply to numerous clients at the same time, instead of one by one. To do this, simply click on the "Clients" button on the left side of your CRM after logging in.
1. After navigating to your list, you will notice empty check-boxes to the left of each of the names presented. Simply check off the contacts you wish to edit.
2. After selecting the desired individuals you wish to edit click the "Apply Action For All" button that displays at the top of the page as indicated in the screenshot below:
Simply click on Change Fields or Send Email to apply the action you wish to begin.
Select Changed Fields to allow you to do the following:
Change Status to "New, Marketing, Engaged, Active, Pending, Sold, Cold, or Archived"
Change a Customers "Type" to "Buyer, Seller, (Buyer/Seller), Vendor, Family, Friend, Personal, Past Client, or Renter"
Update "Tags" to the designated list
Select Send Email to allow you to:
Send a Quick Email, which can be customized to your preference.
Select an Email Template, allowing you to choose from one of Elevate's stock template library.
Select a Custom Email, providing you the ability to load one of your own custom email templates that you have created inside of the Elevate "Email Templates" section.
