All agents can leverage the MooveGuru integration within the Elevate CRM. As part of the integration, you can send your Lead move-related, money-saving offers. Follow the instructions below to understand the process.
Update Your Lead Record
Your Lead record needs a full name, email, city, state, and zip code for the offers to be sent from MooveGuru.
- Select the pencil icon at the top of the Lead record.
- Scroll down to the Buying Details section of your Lead.
- Enter the city, state, and zip code.
- Select the Update button.
Send Your Lead Moving Offers
- Find your Lead and view the workflow tasks on the top.
- Select Pending which will update the status of your Lead.
- You'll see the Send Moving Offers as the first option and select Send.
- Our system will send your Lead name, email, city, state, and zip code to MooveGuru.
What Happens Next?
After you update the required information to facilitate the service request from MooveGuru, your Lead will start to receive move-related, money-saving offers to their preferred email address.
All emails will come from you, the agent, with your name in the From section of the email.
