Creating custom email templates in Elevate can help you deliver a prompt, yet personable, message to your clients. Conveying a sense of importance to each individual will only increase the likelihood that you have earned their trust. Find out how to create your own custom email templates below:
Step by Step Instructions:
Access your Elevate CRM system and follow the left-hand navigation column to the "Campaign" section. Select Email Templates.
At the top of your screen on the right-hand side select Create Email Template to begin designing your custom email
Ensure that your email has an identifiable "Name" so that you can later differentiate it from the in house templates provided by Elevate. (ex: Your Name - After Open House Email Template"
Place in a proper "Subject" that you are comfortable being presented to your customer's email inbox.
Once this has been completed proceed to the "Next" icon.
Begin designing your email template using the appropriate components by dragging and dropping the specific icon to a specific location within your email. Commonly used components consist of:
Text - Spacing provided to write your email communication.
Image - Positioning a space for an image. (This will populate a small stock image that can be replaced)
Signature Block - Allowing for a personalized branding to be issued to your email. (Often located at the end of emails)
Button - A button can be used to direct your viewing audience to a place of choice. (Such as your website, or social media, or listing)
Divider - Allowing for more spacing in your email for proper visual effect.
Column - For compartmentalizing your email with a larger quantity of content. (Ability to compartmentalize)
HTML - This icon will allow you to extract HTML code from another website or resource to place its exact functionality and design into your email.
*All of the above components can be used more than once when creating your custom email.*
Customize the display of your email once placing a component in position using the right-hand column shown below to position Font, Size, Alignment, Content (verbiage or images), Hyperlinks, as well as the color for your font or button.
Once all of these steps have been completed click Create below your email to finalize it.
