Select Create CMA (Comparative Market Analysis)
- On the left side of your Elevate CRM (https://crm.yourelevate.com), navigate to CMA'S > Create CMA.
- Alternatively, you can also manage all once completed at CMA'S > View My CMA'S
Step 1 - Name
- To begin, find your Client from the menu and select their name.
- You can either Select a listing or Add a listing from the MLS you're licensed with.
- Select the Save & Continue button to proceed to the next step.
Step 2 - Location
- Confirm the location of the listing from the map display.
- Select the Save & Continue button to proceed to the next step.
Step 3 - Photo
- Confirm the photo you wish to showcase from the listing.
- You can either select from the thumbnail views or select the Choose a file button to upload your own.
- Select the Save & Continue button to proceed to the next step.
Step 4 - Comparables
- To search for comparable listings, you can leverage the search function on the left panel. All of the results will be displayed, by default, on a map to the right panel.
- To add listings, select the results from the Add Listings tab. Select the +ADD button to proceed.
- To view or remove listings, select the results from the View/Remove Listings tab. Select the Remove button to proceed.
- Select the Continue button to proceed to the next step.
Step 5 - Add Documents
- If you have any existing documents that you wish to add to the CMA, they will be present within your Assets folder. To upload documents there, navigate to Assets > Upload Files on the left menu of your Elevate CRM.
- To add any documents, select the Add button.
- Select the Save & Continue button to proceed to the next step.
Step 6 - Adjust Profile
- If you need to adjust your profile, you can update all of the available fields to be published on the CMA for your Client.
- Select the Save & Continue button to proceed to the next step.
Step 7 - Review
- To review your CMA, select the Preview button which will open it in a new tab on your browser.
- The CMA is a public link published from your site that you'll soon be able to share.
- Select the Save & Continue button to proceed to the next step.
View and Share your CMA
- The CMA is a public link published from your site that you can share with any Client.
- Please note that the CMA is not printable at this time.
- To navigate the CMA, select the arrow to the right of the listing photo.

View and Edit your CMA
- You can also manage all CMA's once completed at CMA'S > View My CMA'S
- To view any CMA, select the eyes icon within the right column.
- To edit any CMA, select the pencil icon within the right column.
- To delete any CMA, select the trash icon within the right column.
