The easiest way to ensure you'll get your alerts and notifications is to add our system emails to your address book or by setting up a filter, such as in Gmail. Simply find your email client below and follow the directions.
- All Elevate system emails are sent from Info@YourElevate.com
All Elm Street Technology Support emails are sent from Support@TryElevate.com
Gmail
- Click on the Settings icon to the right and select Settings.
- Click on the Filters and Blocked Addresses menu.
- Click the Create a New Filter link.
- Add Info@YourElevate.com and click the Create Filter link.
Select the 'Never send it to Spam' checkbox and click the Create Filter button.
* Follow the same instructions above to add Support@TryElevate.com
Yahoo! Mail
- Open the email message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
- Click Add Info@YourElevate.com and Support@TryElevate.com to contacts.
- On the Add Contact popup, add additional information if needed.
- Click Save to finish.
AOL Mail
- Click Contacts in the right toolbar.
- Click Add Contact.
Enter Info@YourElevate.com and Support@TryElevate.com and additional information if you wish.
- Click Add Contact button in the popup to finish.
Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010
For 2003
- Open the email message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
- Right-click Click here to download images in the gray bar at the top of the message.
- Click Add Sender to Senders Safe List to finish.
For 2007
- Right-click on the email you received (in the list of emails).
- Click Junk E-mail.
- Click Add Sender to Safe Senders List to finish.
For 2010
- Click the Home tab.
- Click Junk.
- Click Junk E-mail Options.
- Click Safe Senders.
- Click Add.
- Enter Info@YourElevate.com and Support@TryElevate.com and additional information if you wish.
- Click OK to finish.
Apple Mail
- Click Info@YourElevate.com or Support@TryElevate.com in the header of the message you’re viewing.
- Click Add to finish.
iOS Devices
iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch
- On any message, tap the sender and add to either a new contact or an existing contact.
Mac Mail
- Click Address Book.
- Click File.
- Click New Card.
- Enter Info@YourElevate.com and Support@TryElevate.com and additional information if you wish.
- Click Edit to finish
Windows Live Mail
- Open an email from the sender that you want to whitelist.
- Click Add to contacts next to Info@YourElevate.com and Support@TryElevate.com to finish.
Comcast
- Click Preferences from the menu.
- Click Restrict Incoming Email.
- Click Yes to Enable Email Controls.
- Click Allow email from addresses listed below.
- Enter Info@YourElevate.com and Support@TryElevate.com you want to whitelist.
- Click Add.
- Click Update to finish.
NetZero
- Click the Address Book tab on the top menu bar.
- Click Contacts.
- Click Add Contact.
- Enter Info@YourElevate.com and Support@TryElevate.com and additional information if you wish.
- Click Save to finish.
