Elevate generally supports Co-Listings by obtaining data from your MLS* and synchronizing it with your Elevate account. However, some board restrictions may prevent sharing Co-Listing data due to MLS-regulated guidelines.
When agents collaborate to sell a property, the secondary agent involved is known as the Co-List agent. Incorporating Co-Listing agent information into the Elevate system has enhanced various aspects of the platform.
Features available to Co-List agents within Elevate:
In your Elevate account:
- Co-List agents can view their co-listings in My Listings
- Full property detail pages now display all Co-Listing agents, visible only to other agents in Elevate
- Elevate's GCI tracker accounts for an average Co-Listing commission split
- Co-List agents can create Open House Announcements for their co-listings
- Both List and Co-List agents can view Open House Announcements, regardless of who created them
- Open House events appear in both List and Co-List agents' Calendars
- Open House Announcements are posted on both List and Co-List agents' Blogs and Social Media (if applicable)
On your website (if applicable):
- Featured Listings include Co-List agent's co-listings
- Co-List agent's co-listings are displayed on the About page
- If a Co-List agent has a DMS or Social Pro product, all listing updates and open house announcements are posted to their Blog and Social Media
