When setting up lead routing rules, you will see one title "Your Listing, Your Lead".
When this lead is set up as the first rule in your list (as seen in the above screenshot), the following will apply when assigning a lead:
- If the client has at least one favorited listing, the client will be assigned to the agent who's listing they favorited first.
- If the client has not favorited any listings, the system will check to see if the agent has filled out the "Get in touch" form for listings. If so, the client will be assigned to the agent who's listing they filled this form out for most recently.
- If the client has not favorited any listings, or filled out the "Get in touch" form for any listings, they will be assigned to the agent who's listing they viewed most recently.
This rule will not apply for a client that has not viewed any listings.
