How to Access
- Log in to your Elevate CRM at https://crm.yourelevate.com.
- Select the Lead Routing link on the left menu.
Current Routing Rules
All of your current routing rules will appear at the top within the Current Routing Rules section.
The default setting that can be enabled for all brokers is Your Listing, Your Lead - All Day. Under this rule, if a lead is interested in a listing that is being sold by an agent in this office, the lead will be assigned to that agent.
- To Move Up or Move Down a rule, select the arrow next to the assigned rule.
- To Disable any rule, select the checkbox next to the Enabled option.
- To Remove any rule, select the X to the far right.
Add Pre-Defined Rule (Round-Robin)
The pre-defined rule section will present you with two options: Your Listing, Your Lead and Round-Robin.
- To enable a round-robin rule for your agents, select Round-Robin from the Rule menu.
- If you need to enable the option to distribute leads during a certain time period, select the checkbox. From here, you can select the Day(s) of the week, Start Time and End Time.
- Leads are distributed one at a time based on the count cycle unless you change the number of leads assigned to a given agent.
- Select an Agent from the menu to assign leads to the list.
- Enter a Weight which will represent the assigned number of leads that will be distributed until the next agent on the list.
- Once your desired criteria are created, select the Add Pre-Defined Rule button.
Add Custom Routing Rule
There are several options to create your own custom routing rule.
- To begin, enter a Name that you will recognize later if you need to edit.
- If you need to enable the option to distribute leads during a certain time period, select the checkbox. From here, you can select the Day(s) of the week, Start Time and End Time.
- Select the desired criteria that must be met before assigning the lead.
- Next, select how you wish to assign the lead.

Agent will allow you to assign the lead to the desired agent.

Group (Broadcast) will allow you to select multiple agents. If a lead hits broadcast rules, it goes out to all agents who are part of the broadcast rule. Lead alert notifications are delivered by text message. Agents must have their notifications set to text message and they must log into Elevate prior to receiving their first lead (activate their subscription). Lead alerts will contain a link to Claim the lead. If you are the first agent to claim the lead, you will see a confirmation and receive a follow-up text message containing lead details. If someone else claims the lead, any attempt to claim the lead with the link will view a message indicating that the lead has already been claimed.

Office (Follow office routing rules) will allow you to follow the current routing rules for any office.

Office (Broadcast) will allow you to broadcast to your office. If a lead hits broadcast rules, it goes out to all agents who are part of the broadcast.

Team (follow team routing rules) will allow you to follow the current routing rules for any team.

Round-Robin will allow you to create a new round-robin rule.
- Once your desired criteria are created, select the Add Pre-Defined Rule button.
