The Roster Maintenance Tool provides a simple solution to assist in facilitating your company's online presence while also depicting clarity amongst clients and staff. You can quickly position, or re-position, the layout of your companies structure on a whim. Learn more in the details below:
Site Roster Management tool provides in-depth customization to Office and Team agent information which is displayed on your Elevate IDX Websites. Below is a brief description of the feature highlights:
- Customizable order of members within your roster
- Ability to customize fields such as First Name, Last Name, Email, Cell Phone Number, Work Phone Number, Fax Number, Website Links, Job Title, and Bio
- Blank fields will no longer show up on the roster
- Toggle (on/off) the visibility of your roster members
- Add non-MLS users to the Roster
Step 1:
- Using the global navigation system, scroll down to your Offices and select “Site Roster”
- This will take you to the “Site Roster Settings” page
Step 2:
- You cannot edit the Site Roster unless you use the “Import Roster” function
*If you have an existing site and use the import function, the roster configuration and information will remain the same
- The first step to configure your Roster is doing a one-time download from the MLS
*You will not be able to edit the roster until you have imported
- Click “Import Roster” to download the Roster from the MLS
- Once the import is complete all of the agent data will be available for configuration
Default roster order:- New users: The default order will list the site owners and then alphabetically ordered agents
- Existing users: the default order will be the current roster order
Step 3:
- If Visible = “Yes” then this agent will be visible on the site roster
- If Visible = “No” then this agent will not be visible on the site roster
Step 4:
- If you have already invited an agent to your office or website, you can add them to the site roster with this drop-down
- This drop-down will only appear if there is a new agent that has been invited to the team or office
Step 5:

Step 6:
- You can manually edit/remove any displayed information within an agent's profile.
Step 7:
- Click on the drag and drop icon to organize the agent roster however you please
- You can also use the “Position within roster” function when editing Agent Info to select their roster position
