Our automated valuation is based on tax records, public data, and recently sold properties. We have tested against competitors and determined we match up with all industry standards. Consumers are notified it’s not an appraisal but a great starting point to determine the value and that an approved local expert (YOU) may follow up with a more detailed report shortly.
We also give them the immediate opportunity to “Ask A Professional” with prompts at the bottom that generate a tag in the Elevate system to show further increased intent. You will also get an additional notification via email.
*** Special logic is in place here for outliers. For example, if a property is over $1M+ for instance, then the language will change and they will not receive an automated valuation. Instead, they are prompted that they are “in a special class of homeowners” and again given the options to “Ask A Professional”. These tags are also noted in your Elevate CRM.
