- Update your contact details, actions, and notes
- For address capture leads, use Google, Facebook, Whitepages, NARPR, etc. to locate additional info and add to your client record
- Use a combination of call, text, and email until you determine what works best for each lead
- Nurture leads not ready to move immediately, those are your future clients
- Remember more data can be gathered or added before you archive any lead
