If you are looking for creative ways to share your inventory activity with your clients the Property Promotor Tool gives you just that. See below to discover how you can master using this tool to leverage your inventory to new places such as Instagram and Pinterest.
Step 1.
From the Elevate CRM Dashboard, select the "Edit My Site" link located directly under the My Site section of your navigation toolbar.
Step 2.
On the left-hand panel under Social Media, there will be featured links to "Set Up Syndication" & "Property Promoter"
*If your syndication is up-to-date you may skip Step 3 in the process.*
Step 3.
In the "Set Up Syndication" section, proceed in reinstalling any social media links that may appear broken. Once these have been updated be sure to look below to supply your credentials for your Instagram account. This will permit content delivery to your Instagram profile. Proceed to the "Property Promoter" tool on the left panel.
Step 4.
Determine whether you are looking to "Create New Property Promotion" or if you are looking to utilize any of your current inventory.
Step 5.
Once you have chosen your current inventory or you have loaded in your own image you can follow the prompts in building out a templated design.
Step 6.
Customize your text to project the message you would like to get across to your audience. After completing your design, select the "Save" button to download the image directly to your PC/Mac device. Then select "Back to Gallery" to bring you back to the main section in the Property Promoter Tool.
Step 7.
Now that your image has been finalized you can determine which social media channels you would like to have it delivered to by simply selecting the social media icon that is attached to it the image.
